You can either stop in at the counter and talk to a stylist or call the store to set up your bridal session. We have three different types of appointments based on what works best for you and your guests, that our stylists will walk you through when you book. Booking your session is a pretty quick and easy process overall, we just want to make sure we can provide to you the best possible experience. We recommend coming in 8 months to a year in advance. This is what we see most often for the most stress-free and efficient route for getting your dress ordered and tailored in time for your wedding! We also have gowns available off the rack if you are coming in last minute!

We have sizes 0-36 available in-store and to order! Sizing availability depends on gown designer and style. Sizes and styles vary since we are constantly getting in new inventory, but most of our gowns are available to order in whichever size you need! We always have the option to tailor your gown to fit you perfectly.

Our gowns range from $1,000-$3,000 on average. The average is around $1,800. Keep in mind the cost of alterations and customization of your gown is not included in that price.

We do! If the gown you love is already in our store, you are welcome to claim her as yours! This cuts back on order time, and, if you’re planning your wedding in a pinch, we can get you pinned right away to cut back on alterations wait time.

Of course! We are a smaller store, so we can only allow up to 6 guests at your session during store hours. During a VIP session, however, we will have the entire store to ourselves so there is no guest limit for this specific appointment type.

A lot of our bridal gowns are made-to-order, so they can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months to arrive in store from the moment the order is placed. It depends on what the designer has in stock and what needs to be put into production. We recommend coming in 8 months in advance for the most stress-free route!

The cost of alterations is dependent on quite a few factors. As stylists, we can give you a ballpark range of what to expect price-wise for your gown specifically, but our seamstress can give almost exact quotes. What we see most often for total alterations cost is anywhere between 350-550 on average. There’s definitely a lot of gowns that can be well under that and a lot that exceed that range too, it all just depends on what all needs to be done with it.

Bridal alterations can take quite a lot of time, especially when our seamstress has multiple other gowns she is working on in the mix. Most of the time, we suggest having your first fitting with the seamstress 2-3 months before your wedding date. As we make progress on your gown, we reach out to you with updates and to schedule more fittings as needed. Typically gowns are ready to be picked up anywhere from a week-a month before the wedding date.

We do not offer a full cleaning service through our store. We usually are able to tend to small markings or spots, but for an actual cleaning, we always suggest that the gown gets taken to the dry cleaners. We do offer bridal gown preservation. After your wedding, you can bring your gown in and we send it to the preservation company, where it is professionally cleaned and staged in a sealed display box before being sent back to the store for pickup.
